Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

In order to return an item, please email us to: hello@titine-wardrobe.com

Please also note that items must be returned with all their barcode tags intact. All items must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and original packaging, including the original documentation. (Returned items must not have make-up stains, smell of perfume or be torn or damaged in any way). Once your returned item is received and approved by our Quality Assurance department, your refund will be processed promptly.

The refund does not include shipping/delivery charges. Please note that the return of unwanted orders is at your own cost.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received at our warehouse. It may take 2-5 working days for the refund to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately and will show on your statement as a refund/credit from Titine’s Wardrobe. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. You will be refunded to the card the goods were purchased with. If your card will expire before we process your refund, please contact our Customer Services Team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
